•Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of HALF of the booked services total.
•Day-Of Cancellations / No-showing an appointment will result in a fee of the FULL total of the booked services.
If you no-show an appointment with one of our stylists, you lose the opportunity to book future appointments.
• Because we strive to provide our clients with the most professional and relaxing experience, we do not allow additional guests or children in the suite during appointments unless specified otherwise for special circumstances. If you have to bring your kids, we do ask that you please reschedule.
•Services booked for 3+ hours will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit. This will go towards your service total.
